ABSTRACT

We develop a novel, compact, and multi-functional angular-resolved scattered-light diagnostic station(ARSDS). The ARSDS is designed for comprehensive LPI study by diagnosing simultaneously the scattered light features at differentangles. The ARSDS was implemented at SGII-U laser facility during the double-cone ignition(DCI) campaign.Primary results show that the scattered energy of stimulated Raman scattering dominates at larger angles than the laserincident angle,  which is attributed to sidescattering.   The coexistence of two-plasmon decay and stimulated Raman scattering in DCI plasma conditions is also observed.
