Greeting from the Director
This summer school is held annually and generally delves in the field
of plasma fusion and plasma applications. Poster sessions for all the
participating graduate students will be also held, and we expect about
70 students will attend it. In this event, we are planning to invite
six Japanese scientists and four scientists from abroad as speakers.
This year, we have chosen Rokko Mountain, located north of Kobe, as
the venue. It is a very nice place to visit during the summer season,
and the beautiful night view of Kobe City from the Rokko Mountain is a
spectacular sight. We hope this school will be good chance for us young
students to have great lectures, and to make friends.
