Deadline for early bird registration is 5th May, 2023.
The conference fee includes Reception party fee, Conference Banquet fee, and one day excursion fee, but doesn't include accommodation fee.
The accommodation fee should be paid to the hotel on-site.
We have kept limited room to offer to every participant at the Grand Nikko Awaji hotel.
The rooms are offered at a special price of JPY 13,000 per person per night for a single room.
Please make a reservation via our Registration page as above (not via the hotel page).
